Register your team to compete again local amateurs in our Chicken and Rib competition
$100/team to enter
Chicken and Ribs provided to each team – you cannot supply your own meat
Spectators, come eat some chicken and ribs, and watch teams use their own sauces, rubs, and tricks to be declared Chicken or Rib Champion of Spencerville.
Live Music at 2pm by Jukebox George Turcotte
This event is part of the Spencerville SummerFest including the Summer Market at the Spencerville Arena, and kids zone at the Spencerville Mill
Setup begins at 8am
Chicken submitted to judges at 2pm
Ribs submitted to judges at 4pm
Prizes awarded at 5pm
